Desk On Demand
No monthly fee. You pay a desk fee only for travellers on confirmed bookings, with a minimum per booking.

A booking for 2 travellers costs 2 × $35 = $70, so the $90 minimum applies2 × $18 = $36, so the $45 minimum applies. A booking for 6 travellers costs 6 × $35 = $2106 × $18 = $108. Supplier costs are billed separately at nett.

Rent-an-Agent
A named agent who works for your agency, with an email address on your agency's domain. Works Monday to Saturday in hours agreed with you; Sunday is their day off.

A half-time agent who works 85 hours in a month costs $1,390 + 5 × $22 = $1,500$690 + 5 × $11 = $745. Up to 10 unused hours roll over to the next month.

What you pay, and when.
Two separate lines
Every invoice shows supplier costs at nett, with the supplier invoices attached, and our desk fee on its own line. We never add a markup to supplier costs.
When you pay
Supplier costs are prepaid before we book. Desk Plans are paid in advance on the 1st of each month. Desk On Demand fees apply per confirmed traveller.
Discounts
5% off Desk Plans paid quarterly. 15% off a second destination. Founding agencies: 30% off for 3 months plus complimentary brand set-up.
No payments on this website
This website only prepares your request as a WhatsApp or email message. It never takes payments or stores card details.

Prices and costs
- All prices are in USD and exclude tax.
- Supplier costs are charged at nett cost with the supplier invoice shown. Our fee is shown separately.
- Supplier costs are prepaid before bookings are made.
- Emergency help during trips we arranged is never metered.
Quotes
- Every quote includes two free revisions. A third revision counts as a new quote.
- Desk On Demand: 5 free quotes a month; extra quotes are credited when the booking confirms.
- Desk Plans: quotes are included up to your plan's allowance.
Plans and allowances
- Desk Plans are paid in advance on the 1st of each month, with a minimum term of 3 months. Paying quarterly gives 5% off.
- Only confirmed, non-cancelled bookings count towards your allowance.
- Unused allowance does not roll over. Rent-an-Agent: up to 10 unused hours roll over for one month.
- Rent-an-Agent agents work Monday to Saturday in agreed hours; Sunday is their day off.
Groups and extras
- Groups of 10 or more travelling on the same dates go to Group Desk, even if split across bookings.
- Adding a second destination gives 15% off it.
- Brand set-up is a one-time $149, complimentary for founding agencies.
- Ground Support Pass is coming soon and not yet available.
First 5 agencies: 30% off for 3 months plus complimentary brand set-up.
